Ideas In Motion was founded in 1980 by three video artists, Lynn Adler, Jim Mayer, and John Rogers who had worked together on documentary projects since the early 1970s. Although today’s video technology is very different, our approach to producing documentaries and other programs that inform, instruct, and motivate people, remains the same. We are committed to the highest aesthetic and technical standards. We are dedicated to using media to improve people’s lives. And we work in a collaborative style—with each other and with our clients. We make it our business to learn everything we can about our clients—their language and their style as well as what they do--so that the video program we produce can truly meet their needs.
